Starting November 1st and for the four weeks leading up to Thanksgiving, you are invited to take steps daily to live gratefully and give thanks for the many blessings in our lives. The Challenge will be very easy and costs nothing, but our hope is that it will positively impact the lives of those who participate.
The Challenge is simple… Join us in taking these three steps for the next four weeks:
1.) Strive throughout our days to seek “ways to praise” and show gratitude for the many blessings in our lives. Eliminate negative talk about ourselves and others, and do our best to be grateful in all situations.
2.) Take just a few minutes out of each day to think about and write down what you are most grateful for. Grab a journal, notebook, diary, IPad, or just simply 30 pieces of paper stapled together. At the end of each day for the next four weeks, you will write down in your Gratitude Journal at least 5 things that you are grateful for from that day and why.
3.) Check our blog daily, as we will be posting daily words of encouragement for “Grateful Living”. Each day we will post something regarding living gratefully (a quote, a thought, a picture, a challenge, an article, or something inspirational for the day). If you would like to have the words of encouragement emailed to you, please contact Amy at [email protected] and she will add you to our email list. Please also like us on Facebook (CLICK HERE)so that "Grateful Living" can be contagious.
